Important Information
Needles, syringes and other medical
supplies must be placed in the
appropriate containers located in
each barn. Medical waste must NOT
be discarded in stalls, manure pits,
garbage cans or on the grounds.
Arrival times: Normal arrival time is
10:00 a.m. the day preceding the
horse show. The Virginia Horse Center
may accept early arrivals provided
that arrangements for those arrivals
have been made with Chad Nicely,
540-464-2966 at least 2 weeks in
advance. Arrivals by exhibitors that
have not made arrangements shall be
deemed unauthorized and shall incur
an additional fee in addition to their
normal stall and camper fee.
AQHA, VQHA and Southern Maryland
QHA sanctions these shows. As an
express condition of the privilege to
participate in an AQHA, VQHA, and
SMQHA approved shows or events,
each owner of the American Quarter
Horse, exhibitor, trainer, participants,
assume the risks of participation and
release and discharge AQHA, VQHA,
SMQHA, Show Management and the
Virginia Horse Center, whenever or
however arising as to personal injury
or property damage occurring as a
result of participation in an event
conducted by the show or on the show
grounds thereof.
Camping is only allowed in the Camp
Ground area. No running of electric
cords to hookups in the campground
unless you are parked in the Camp
Ground area and have a pass from the
stable office. You can preorder
shavings by directly contacting the
stable office at

or leave a message at
540-464-2966.
